Brad Egan, Owner of MEF Contracting, Inc., brings over twenty years of expertise across commercial and residential construction. With hands-on experience as a carpenter, structural designer, and commercial project manager, Brad infuses deep technical knowledge, practical construction management skills, and quality vendor relationships into each client partnership. He is dedicated to providing exceptional client satisfaction with an emphasis in trust and integrity. Brad holds a B.A. in Physics, an M.S. in Structural Engineering, and an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License in Massachusetts. A lifelong resident of Middlesex County, Brad now resides with his family in Concord, Massachusetts.

Senior Project Manager, Charlie Karoly brings a wealth of experience and a results-oriented approach to every MEF Contracting project. Charlie's dedication to clear communication and collaborative problem-solving fosters strong relationships with clients and trade partners alike.
